TYPES OF LICENSE

Single User License:
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted by Datavagyanik Business Intelligence. It allows the client to view or download reports on one authorized computer and print a single copy for personal use only. Under no circumstances does the client have the right to:

• Grant access to the report to any third party.
• Transfer, rent, sublicense, resell, or otherwise distribute the report without explicit permission from Datavagyanik Business Intelligence.
• Alter, reproduce, or distribute the report for commercial purposes, unless explicitly approved.
• Misuse the report in any way that violates the license terms or Indian law, whether implicitly or explicitly.

Multiuser License:
There are two types of license under this category, namely, Team License and Corporate License. Team License( non-exclusive, non-transferable license) permits up to five authorized computers to access the report and allows up to five users to download, view, or utilize the report whereas corporate user allows unlimited user within as a company to access the report. Further, The client does not have the right to:

• Share the report with any third party.
• Transfer, rent, sublicense, or resell the report without explicit permission from Datavagyanik Business Intelligence.
• Use the report in any way that violates the license terms or Indian law, either intentionally or inadvertently.

Fees:
Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the purchase order. Datavagyanik Business Intelligence reserves the right to revoke access to the product if full payment is not received within the specified time frame.

Taxes:
All fees paid to Datavagyanik Business Intelligence are exclusive of sales taxes, customs duties, and other applicable taxes. The client is solely responsible for paying any taxes due to relevant authorities. This excludes taxes on Datavagyanik Business Intelligence’s income.

Overdue Amounts:
Overdue payments will incur interest, calculated from the due date until the payment is received. The interest rate is 2.0% per month (approximately 26.86% per annum) or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.

Collection Expenses:
The client is responsible for reimbursing all collection costs, including attorney fees, incurred by Datavagyanik Business Intelligence in recovering overdue payments.

Neither Datavagyanik Business Intelligence nor its suppliers shall be liable for any errors arising from the use or inability to use materials on https://datavagyanik.com/, even if notified of the possibility of such errors. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential errors, so these limitations may not apply.

Any claims related to the Datavagyanik Business Intelligence website will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
